Metal Kit was a construction system to make insects. Later Metal Dino sets were introduced which made dinosaurs. The parts were mainly aluminium, which in the main are bent together with only a very few nuts and bolts being used. They were made in Japan by Gakken from 2006 to around the mid 2010s

Tronico(d). Three of the Metal Dino sets were repackaged for Tronico of Germany in around 2014/5.

Sets for Insect/Dinosaur-type models with parts held by tabs & a few N&B. Of the 7 Dino sets 3 sold in USA with same name but different box lids, & same 3 sold as TRONICO. *1 METAL KIT (Insects). *2 METAL DINO.
